Terms of Service
Bookings
All journeys are arranged in advance. A booking is confirmed once SLR24 has replied with a written confirmation of route, time and price.
Pricing
Fixed route prices include VAT, luggage and the agreed waiting time. Additional stops, extended waiting or route changes requested during the journey may be charged separately and are always agreed with you first.
Waiting time
Airport pick-ups include complimentary waiting time from the actual landing time. Flights are tracked, so delays do not change the agreed price.
Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 12 hours before the pick-up time. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged.
Conduct and safety
Passengers must wear seat belts and follow the chauffeur's safety instructions. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
